We all encounter strangers on our daily routines, whether it’s on the subway line, on the street, or on the phone (telemarketers!).

I think we all appreciate an act of kindness headed our way, be it a good day or a bad.

A writer and publishing student with an optimistic attitude and a big heart, I have my eyes open for any act of kindness I observe and I will happily write it down here to share with you. Through my encounters with a wide range of people and personalities, I have learned that one small act of kindness goes a long way. I’m sure it will do the same for you.
